By using Gradus you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Gradus is an adaptive learning tool for rigorous technical courses. Content is provided as-is for educational purposes. Gradus makes no guarantee that any specific lesson, answer key, or explanation is free of errors. If you find an error, please use the in-app feedback form or contact support.
The public demo at /demo is a limited, no-sign-in preview with curated course samples and local browser progress. The closed beta at /app requires an approved Google account and may include synced progress, catalog access, and beta-only features.
Teacher monitoring tools are pilot features for classroom sections. Students should only join sections created by their school, teacher, or authorized program. Teachers may use classroom summaries to support instruction, but Gradus is not a replacement for district grading systems, official records, or required accommodations.
Original course structure, adaptive logic, and interface are owned by the Gradus project. Source texts (such as Rudin's Principles of Mathematical Analysis) belong to their respective copyright holders and are referenced for educational use only.
Feedback and bug reports you submit may be used to improve the service.
Gradus is offered on a best-effort basis. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for loss of progress data resulting from service interruptions, though we maintain reasonable backups via Firebase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gradus is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
